These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and a111 ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By registering an account on a111, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any a111 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out in this document. Each User is permitted to hold one and only one a111 account at any time. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts — regardless of whether different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices are used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, a111 will close all accounts associated with the User and may void all bets placed and forfeit all balances held therein.

Creating a new account without prior approval while a prior account was closed for policy violations will be treated as a duplicate account.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their a111 login credentials — including their password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to their registered mobile number. a111 staff will never request your password. Any activity that occurs through your a111 account while you are logged in — whether conducted by you or by another party with access to your credentials — is your responsibility. a111 will not be held liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials where the User has failed to exercise reasonable care.

a111 makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, third-party network failures (including Pakistani mobile operator issues affecting JazzCash and EasyPaisa connectivity), or force majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability for which a111 does not accept liability.

Where an account is terminated for cause, a111 may retain funds pending investigation and shall not be obligated to return any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct.

Before closure is processed, a111 will verify any outstanding bonus wagering obligations, pending withdrawal requests, and active bets. Account closure does not void any outstanding contractual obligations between the User and a111 that accrued prior to the closure request.
Any PKR Wallet balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure that is not subject to bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the User's verified payment method following satisfactory identity verification. Returned funds may take up to 5 business days to reflect depending on the payment method.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from the use of the a111 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which a111's gaming license is issued.
